Conference theme

“Re-connection & New-connection for Sustainable Growth”

The International Conference of Serviceology 2023 (ICServ2023) invites academicians, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to submit original research works and case studies. The conference will be held on September 14th-16th 2023 in Tokyo, Japan.

The COVID-19 pandemic expanding since 2020 and the outbreak of war in 2022 have brought tremendous impacts on our everyday life, economy and society. To move forward over the discontinuous change due to these catastrophic global events, and to deeply understand the role of Serviceology “academics for the society by multidisciplinary approach” in the changing social environment, we set the conference theme as “Re-connection & New-connection for Sustainable Growth”.

We encourage your high-quality contribution submissions relating on “Science of Service” which improve our understanding of service and its impact to life, business, and society.
